Creating FAQ Questions
1. Navigate to FAQ’s Section
- Go to the Support section from the sidebar.
- Click on FAQ’s to open the FAQ management page.
2. Select FAQ Category
- From the dropdown labeled Select FAQ Category*, choose the category you created earlier (e.g., Shipping & Delivery).
- This ensures the new FAQ question is organized under the right category.
3. Enter FAQ Title
- In the Title* field, type the question or short headline.
- Example: What are the shipping charges?
4. Enter FAQ Description
- In the Description* field, write the answer or details related to the question.
- Example: Shipping charges vary based on order value and location. Free shipping is available on orders above $50.
5. Submit FAQ
- After filling in all required fields, click on the Submit button.
- The FAQ will be saved and listed under the selected category.
6. Edit or Update FAQ (Optional)
- To make changes later, go back to the FAQ list.
- Select the FAQ you want to edit, update the Title or Description, and save again.
