Creating FAQ Category

1. Navigate to FAQ’s Section

  • Go to the Support section from the sidebar menu.
  • Click on FAQ’s to open the FAQ category creation page.

2. Add New FAQ Category

  • On the page, you will see a form with two fields:
    • Title* → Enter the FAQ category name (e.g., Shipping & Delivery).
    • Description* → Add a short description of the FAQ category (e.g., Questions related to shipping methods, charges, and delivery timelines).

3. Fill Required Fields

  • Both fields (Title and Description) are mandatory, marked with a red *.
  • Ensure the text is clear, concise, and relevant.

4. Submit FAQ Category

  • After filling in the details, click the Submit button.
  • The system will save your FAQ category instantly.

5. Confirmation & Next Steps

  • A confirmation message will appear, or you will be redirected to the FAQ category list.
  • From there, you can add specific FAQ questions under this category.

6. Edit or Update FAQ Category (Optional)

  • If changes are required, return to the FAQ category list.
  • Click on the category and update the Title or Description as needed.
